REFUND POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with all art that is ordered!

All pre-made art Products from American Artists which cannot be copied are given 14-days to return from receiving the product. International orders are nonreturnable, damaged products are the exception.

Do to the time and work involved, all Custom Orders are nonrefundable or returnable, if damaged, again is the exception. Receiving an artist proposal provides our clients with an idea of what will be created for them as well as a concrete price. Clients are given material choices and even sketches to approve prior to finalizing the custom order.

All of our artist are professional and highly reviewed prior to displaying their creations on our site. They provide custom products in the same manner and quality as their pre-made works of art.

All reimbursements will be made in the similar method as purchased.

Items that are refunded unfortunately will be subjected to a 5% re-stocking fee due to processing charges, exchanging fine art is the exception. Store credit can also be given for refunds and has no time limit to use, please request store credit when returning.

If clients do not contact us prior to making a return and the work was shipped to the wrong address, a return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund's balance. The extra shipping is so that the artwork will be properly returned to the correct address and owner. Again, to avoid this please contact the gallery before mailing the artwork for a return.

Quality of Service & Fine Art Policy...
We are here to assist you in finding and creating the perfect work of art for your home, office or gift. We stand behind every product creation and artist as each have been carefully reviewed for the highest quality. Each item within our Gallery has been personally selected to be listed.

For commissioning works - a Customer Service agent will be assigned to your project until completed. Your requested will be reviewed with you, material options suggested and possible sketches enclosed prior to finalizing the order. Once the artwork has been created and completed, the gallery will review the fine art with the artist prior to shipping. The review is our quality and performance insurance of what was wanted for the commission. Artists are required to work within the guildlines set from client approved proposals and within the agreed upon deadline for completion. All artists working with the gallery are hand selected professionals and provide the highest quality of work for their craft.

When customizing a work of art we find the best possible artist to create the requested project. With our large network of artists who work on and off line with the gallery it removes the burden to find a qualified and reliable artist for the task at hand. Given the situation or product, multiple quotes and options can be given for your personal selection. Our service provides an organized, fast and secure transaction that puts both the artist and client at ease.

If for any reason you are displeased with a custom order, or any order, please contact the gallery as soon as you receive the creation. We will review the confirmed proposal or what was expected to be received along with your complaint and assist you anyway possible to correct the situation. Again, we work within the guidelines pre-determined so that customer satisfaction is always at it's best.

To keep the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism, more artists are denied our representation than those who are listed. Artists who do not provide the quality of artwork that is displayed within our gallery are removed from the site and no longer used or referred to for custom orders.
