SHIPPING INFORMATION
Since
we have artists world-wide that are open to ship anywhere, our shipping
prices are an assessment for artist locations. Each
piece is shipped to you directly from the artist, delivery times and
shipping costs will vary. To keep our base shipping prices reasonable
clients may be asked for an additional shipping amount to complete their
order, location depending.
Our artist's shipping charges are noted next to the item's price.
Artists are required to ship with insurance, a package tracking number
receipt and always the fastest method with the provided amount given.
Because
we use UPS or FedEx as our preferred shipper, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
*International Shipments - at the point of delivery, the recipient
may have to pay any duties, taxes or tariffs that may apply.
ARTWORK
ARRIVAL TIMES - When to expect
your order.
Under each art item, you will see "Ships
in...# days or weeks". This indicates the time frame in which the
artist will create & ship your artwork. The actual time for you
to receive the product will depend on the mail service used. Artists
are requested to always ship the fastest route within the provided shipping
amount. (Typically, 2-3
Day Priority Routes or UPS Ground) Orders
can be rushed overnight when requested, for
an additional charge and if the
artist is available, please inquire prior to purchasing.
After placing
your order, you will receive two emails. One confirming that your order
was received and has been processed. The second is to let you know that
the artwork has been shipped, online tracking number included. If you

Understanding
the Shipping Services Tracking Messages...
With a tracking service, packages are scanned at the acceptance, in
transit and at delivery. Here are some terms which past clients have
inquired about.
"Accepted" ~ Means that the package has been mailed at the
listed place & time.
"Over Seas" ~ Means that it is in between countries.
"Invaid" ~ The tracking number might not be entered correctly,
or more likey not in their system when entered. Try again in a day and
if it is still not working please contact us and we will look into the
matter for you.
